What To Expect:
WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE PLANNING A VISIT to Dothan FIRST. We know that visiting a new church can be intimidating. So, we want to put you at ease by letting you know what to expect. the worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. and we’re located at 1081 Honeysuckle road in Dothan. Our worship environment is casual. you'll enjoy friendly fellowship, HEAR SOME GOOD MUSIC, AND BE INSPIRED BY A MESSAGE FROM THE BIBLE. AT Dothan FIRST, YOU BELONG HERE! we can't wait to meet you!
When You Arrive:
if it's your first time with us, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. That will give enough time for one of our volunteers to meet you, help you find a seat, point you to the restroom, or answer any questions you may have. WE EVEN HAVE A great GIFT JUST FOR YOU! Also, be sure to stop by the WELCOME desk IN THE main LOBBy. there's lots of good information there about the church and a volunteer will be there to assist you should you need anything.
For The Kids:
We welcome kids to all of our activities at dothan first.
for those who wish, we offer nursery care for children 2 years old and under every sunday. Our nursery staff is well trained to love and serve so you can take a moment to concentrate on worship while knowing your child is well taken care of.
children ages 2-5 have a service designed to engage them with god's love on their level. toddler church is offered every sunday.
children 6-11 attend children's church. IT'S A FUN AND SAFE EXPERIENCE FOR KIDS where they WILL EXPERIENCE A WIDE RANGE OF AGE-APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MUSIC, DRAMA, VIDEOS AND STORYTELLING. Children's church meets every sunday, except the last sunday of the month. On that sunday, we encourage kids to attend the regular worship service with their family.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE, WE'LL GET YOUR FAMILY CHECKED IN AND SOMEONE WILL BE READY TO WELCOME YOUR CHILD INTO THEIR AGE GROUP.
